The curated approach to design may be defined as collecting objects and furniture that you love and thoughtfully arranging them in your home. This look is perfect for those of you who enjoy travel, scouring antique and vintage shops (and websites) and have a well-developed eye for balance and harmony – or creative clashing – in your interior. Curated interiors are an expression of your personality and individuality; they are not budget-specific. You can begin to collect and mix your new finds in with your old favourites for very little financial outlay indeed or you may wish to add some more substantial key pieces which will anchor your room or collection.
Curating Your Home
Dr Anthony Rayworth’s PhD focused on the curating and presentation of objects within an interior and he will help you to create a structure for curating your interior using furnishings and objects that you already own as a starting point. He will also provide you with advice on sources and approaches that reflect your specific interests and aspirations. Additionally, if you wish to adopt this approach but have very little free time, we are able to source items for your approval. Designing Your New Home
Moving into a new home can be a daunting prospect whatever the size or location and whether it is to a single-person apartment or a detached family home. iDADA can help clarify the process by bringing a fresh eye to the use (or re-use) of your existing furniture, lighting, art and objects. Rather than try to recreate exactly the same ambience in each room as existed in your previous home, let us inspire and extend your imagination by repurposing furniture, relocating lighting and rehanging art to provide a truly new living environment that will inspire and uplift.
This service may be implemented on-site, online or via email and telephone, with you providing photographs, floor plans and dimensions followed by iDADA sending you detailed floor plans and elevations of where exactly things should be placed to achieve maximum impact. You will be kept informed of all decision making and, through a planned and calm sequence of extensive conversations with Dr Anthony Rayworth, arrive at the best possible expression of your aspiration and personality through the precise placement of your existing furniture, lighting, art and objects. Where required, Anthony will suggest additions that will enhance the ambience of your interior, possibly for purchase at a later date.

Online Interior Design and Garden Design Services
Whether you live near to our beautiful base, just outside Ilkley and close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, or much further afield; we at iDADA are pleased to be able to share our considerable experience in interior design and garden design with you and your home. After almost two decades of teaching and applying interior design online, Dr Anthony Rayworth has refined the process to provide the iDADA streamlined design service whatever your budget, size of project (we particularly enjoy designing small gardens and interiors) or wherever you are in the world. Photographs, discussions, sketch plans, questionnaires and budget guidance will determine the details of your design brief. Following approval we will prepare a fully costed design including plans, inspiration board, full product listing, materials listing and suggested sources.
iDADA can also provide an online design service for your bespoke outdoor living environment if required. We have experience in the design of: terraces; patios; dining and relaxation zones; poolside areas; outdoor kitchens and bars as well as transitional spaces that ensure a seamless spatial flow between indoors and outdoors.
With his membership experience on the Education Committees of both the British Institute of Interior Designers and the Society of Garden Designers, Anthony is well placed to provide focused advice and guidance to ensure that you achieve the home and garden that is perfect for you, your budget and your lifestyle.
